What you can ask us for
Fiscalisation for finance teams
Your team learns to check a supplier's invoice on the FDMS portal before you claim input tax, issue credit and debit notes correctly, and read a Red or Grey result. We use invoices from your own business as the examples.
Receipts for counter staff
The people at the till learn to capture buyer details, issue credit notes, open and close the fiscal day, and keep selling when the network or the power drops.
FDMS for developers
Developers building or maintaining an FDMS integration work through device registration, certificates and mutual TLS, receipt signing, fiscal days and ZIMRA's test environment. We teach from zimra-fdms, the open-source library we maintain.

We plan the session around your own system and the errors your team runs into.

We send an outline built around your system, with the length, the place and a fixed price for it.

We run the session at your office, at a venue we arrange, or online, with exercises on your system.

Your staff keep the notes and exercises, and we answer the questions they bring back to work.
Questions before you start
Where do sessions run?
We run them at your premises in Harare, at a venue we arrange, or online. Developer sessions work best in person, with laptops connected to ZIMRA's test environment.
How many people can attend?
We take up to 12 people in one session, so everyone gets time on the system. For a larger team we run the same session more than once.
Do staff need to know accounting or code?
The finance and counter sessions assume neither. The developer course assumes your team already writes code and has worked with an API.
Can the training use our own system?
Yes, and we recommend it. We work on a test copy of your system or on ZIMRA's FDMS test environment, so no practice receipt reaches the live FDMS.
Do attendees get a certificate?
Yes. Every attendee gets a certificate of attendance from Goko.
How much does training cost?
We quote a fixed price for each session once we know how many people, how long and where. You get the price in US$ before you book.
